Chad Sullivan

Chad has several roles at Madrona, but one of his more important contributions is keep our properties in tip top shape. Chad has extensive knowledge of building systems and construction design and can trouble shoot almost any problem then either fix it himself or work with our vendors to solve the problem.

Prior to joining Madrona Chad served his country and was in the military for 7 years. Following his military career Chad worked at Essex Property Trust in a property maintenance role for nearly 5 years.
