Claire oversees a the Community Associations division at Madrona.

She comes to Madrona with over 25 years of HOA/COA management experience. She’s incredibly familiar with the nuance of associations, community governance, project management and financial planning.

Most recently, Claire served as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club, an amenity-rich, large-scale community on Hood Canal.
